At The Inked Café, you can enjoy espresso at its purest—no syrups, no milk, just smooth, bold flavor—or you can experience a crafted latte with unique flavors made from our housemade syrups.
We’re proud to offer a wide variety of milk options—traditional dairy, dairy-free favorites like oat and almond, and our standout pistachio milk that sets us apart. Pair these with our syrups and you’ll always find something new and exciting to enjoy.
We’re sourcing premium coffee while exploring the best local and specialty roasters, ensuring every sip reflects our commitment to quality. Our focus is on supporting the right brands and building a strong community through every cup we serve.

The Inked Café on the Move
We’re not just another coffee shop—we’re a mobile coffee cart, bringing our authentic, strong espresso and coffee straight to you. From bold shots of espresso to a variety of flavorful lattes (with decaf always an option), plus matcha and chai, we’re here to serve quality in every cup.
You’ll find us in public areas near downtown Denver, and we’re also available for bookings at events. Right now, booking requests can be made directly through our email (listed on our website at the bottom of page), with an official booking page coming soon. The cart will officially be available starting late October to early November.
This is just the beginning—we’re building something bigger. The Inked Café coffee cart is the first step toward opening our very own café, where community, creativity, and quality coffee will all come together.
The Inked Café Journey : How did we get here?!
With over five years of experience behind the espresso bar, coffee has always been my passion — a love inspired by my dad, who shared his joy for coffee with me. The Inked Café is my dream brought to life: a mobile coffee cart serving quality coffee with creativity and care. Every cup is a reminder of him and brings me closer to opening my own café one day. Join us on this journey, one cup at a time.
Our history
Roots & Inspiration
The heart of The Inked Café comes from my dad, who passed his love of coffee on to me. With five years of barista experience, I’m turning that inspiration into something new — a mobile coffee cart where passion and artistry meet in every pour.
Looking ahead, when I open my own café, I plan to include Stevie’s Kitchen — named after my dad, Stevie (Stephen Ward) — a special part of the shop inspired by my favorite breakfast foods he made me and my siblings growing up. It will be a way to share his memory and the simple comforts that pair perfectly with a great cup of coffee.

Our signature drink, Equal Ink, is built on pure, bold espresso poured over ice—strong, unsweetened, and unapologetically smooth. It’s then topped with equal parts sweet cold foam, creating a striking balance of strength and sweetness. Best enjoyed with a straw, sip the espresso first, then move into the foam, and back again—the sharp espresso and velvety sweetness hitting your palate in perfect rhythm.

In my 20s and building this dream on my own, I’ve always been passionate about following both my love for coffee and my artistic side. I believe in community, self-expression, and the joy of making someone’s day with a beautifully crafted drink. Every cup I serve is more than coffee — it’s a mix of creativity, care, and connection.
Bringing my art into The Inked Café, I’m creating what I hope will be known as the coolest coffee cart in Denver — and eventually, a full coffee shop that blends authentic coffee culture with artistry and community vibes.
